The Panchvati residences aim to meet the special needs of our elders, offering them day care and stay facilities for a day ,a week, a month or a lifetime in a loving and caring environment. Set in the thriving hub-bub of South Delhi, our property has been decorated with elegance and thought. Currently, we offer 35 living spaces. Each space is an ensuite - complete with its own bedroom and bathroom, with services and provisions for every need of the elderly.

• We also have a special plant to enable grey water recycling.
• We use solar energy for water heating.
• The entire building uses CFL bulbs through the premises for energy conservation.
• Large windows have been created to allow natural light into the rooms.
